The Outer Circle
The Outer Circle is provided for those individuals who have conducted the Satanic self-dedication rite (as detailed in Liber Serpente) but do not desire formal membership with the Ordo Serpentis.
The Outer Circle rite permits such persons to engage in a combining of will with other Satanists celebrating the Satanic Rites.The Outer Circle does not provide for any further interaction as the Ordo Serpentis is not an online-focussed organisation.
